Treatment Process

Treatment Process

First step: You will need to complete and submit the client form as well as the donor form. These forms are provided in the forms section.

Once we receive the submitted forms, a program coordinator begins to review the requested donor attributes and list of intended parent preferences.

The donor coordinator initiates this process by conducting a personal and customized Executive Donor Search in our donor pool. After the top two matches have been identified, the donor coordinator has the profiles reviewed by a fertility physician to approve the suitability of a match.

Once a donor match is approved according to our standards, the donor coordinator’s findings are presented to the intended parents who are then asked to comment on the profiles and provide feedback or approval.

We represent a diverse donor pool in each of the destination countries where treatment is offered. This means that donors of every ethnicity and background can be found in every geographical area where the agency operates.

Preparation and Procedure

Once the coordinator confirms that the patient’s medical files are complete, recipient parents are requested to send frozen sperm (or Donor Sperm) in advance to be available for the egg collection procedure. The donor’s eggs are collected and fertilized with either the recipient partner’s frozen thawed semen or pre-arranged donor. Eggs are fertilized using ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection) technique. Resulting embryos are developed and monitored in the IVF laboratory under the supervision of an expert embryology team. In addition, the attending physician and medical team monitor the development of the embryos over the next 5 or 6 days to ensure optimal development. Once embryos reach the blastocyst stage of development, they will be frozen with advance vitrification technique. Frozen embryos will be shipped to any IVF clinic worldwide as per recipient’s request for embryo transfer according of the timetable with their clinic.
